Admissions
PLEASE NOTE - We have joined The Aspire Educational Trust with effect from 01/11/2018 and the Trust is now our admissions authority.
Admissions Policy The school admissions policy operates in accordance with the Aspire Educational Trust Admissions policy and National Guidelines. Please see link below for most uptodate policy. Please note that we have two pre-schools on our site (Holmes Chapel Community Pre-school and Happy Days) but these are independently owned and not run by Holmes Chapel Primary School. This means that they do not fit Admissions criteria number 3 in our Trust policy. Children joining Reception class at the start of the school year usually attend half day sessions during their initial weeks at school. |
Pre-school Visits We invite children into school towards the end of the term before they are due to start. This gives them the opportunity to meet their contemporaries, get to know their new teacher and familiarise themselves with the school. Applications other than for reception Are you looking for a change of school for your child? Have you recently moved to Holmes Chapel and are you looking for a school for your child? We regularly admit children within year groups other than reception. Applications need to be made via Cheshire East in the first instance (click here). Please feel free to contact us for further details or to come and see our school in action, to decide if it is the right place for your child.
